One of the characteristics of true-self is helping others without thought. It just like the cell in our body. Different cells accomplish their functionalities without any "thought".

From studying Len-Yan ( Shurangama Sutra ), I realize my true-self, the present me, and ultimate future. Using the right way to encounter the daily event, I can gradually reach the enlightment the true-self. However, what is the right WAY? Narrowly speaking, accomplishing duties and routine work in daily life without expectation is a beginning. And helping others' learning from buhda's preaching is another. I try to move one dust at a time to purify myself. I have faith because truth will always defeat the false at any given time. Obstacle will disappear when you realize that you are the one create it.
